General Rules & Regulations
The following rules must be adhered to for a smooth and enjoyable experience:
- No Eating or Drinking Inside Turf: Consuming food, drinks, tobacco, cigarettes, chewing gum, pan masala, etc. is strictly prohibited inside the turf.
- Carrying or consumption of any kind of alcohol inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Seating : All batting team players are required to sit in dugout. Please do not sit inside the turf
- No Shouting or Loud Noise: Please refrain from shouting/hooting, as it will lead to disturbance in nearby residential neighborhoods.
- No Abusing: Abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated.
- No Damage to Property: Participants are responsible for ensuring that no damage is done to the turf, equipment, or surrounding property.
- No Littering: Please dispose of waste properly and keep the premises clean.
- Booking Regulation : Players must arrive on time for booked slots. Full payment is required for the entire duration, regardless of late arrival or reduced playtime.
- Booking policy for unforeseen events : In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as rain, thunderstorms, etc. or any technical issues such as power outage, etc. bookings will be rescheduled as per management's decision only. Time extensions may be considered solely as per management's discretion and subject to availability of further slots.
